Joep Wetzels | Leadership and Team Development
1. Applicability
These conditions apply to all quotations, orders and agreements in which Joep Wetzels (hereinafter: contractor) provides services to a client, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
2. Quotations and rates
All quotations are without obligation and valid for 30 days. Rates are exclusive of VAT and any travel expenses, unless stated otherwise.
3. Payment
Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. If payment is not made, statutory interest may be charged. In the case of orders with multiple clients, they are jointly and severally liable.
4. Cancellation by client
Cancellation within 7 calendar days before commencement: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
Cancellation within 48 hours: 100% will be charged.
In the event of a change of date in consultation, this may be deviated from.
5. Cancellation by contractor
In the event of force majeure (e.g. illness), an alternative date will be sought in consultation. If this is not possible, the payment obligation for the relevant component will lapse.
6. Liability
The contractor is not liable for indirect damage or consequential damage. Any liability is limited to the amount of the invoice.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to maintain confidentiality of confidential information that they obtain in the context of the assignment.
8. Intellectual property
All materials developed by the contractor are subject to copyright. These may not be reproduced or shared without prior written permission.
Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
