Offering & Approach

Who I work with

I work with leaders, teams and organisations that operate internationally and realise that effective collaboration doesn’t always come naturally. This may be due to differences in culture, language or communication style.

Many of my clients are technically oriented companies with offices around the world. Think of engineers working with international colleagues, managers leading multicultural teams, departments with regular contact with international clients or partners, or local branches needing to align with their headquarters.

They are often highly skilled professionals, strong on content but less experienced or comfortable with the human side of collaboration.

What I offer

Leadership training

For (emerging) leaders who want to lead, communicate and connect more effectively, also across borders.

Team development

For teams that want to build trust, improve collaboration and better leverage their collective strengths.

Intercultural collaboration

For organisations where cultural differences cause misalignment or misunderstandings, and where communication could flow more smoothly.

Coaching and consulting

One-on-one or in small groups, either as a standalone intervention or as part of a larger programme.

Tailored culture trainings

Focused on specific countries or regions. Practical, personalised and always grounded in the reality of your context.

How I work

My approach is practical, personal and always tailored to the people in the room. I bring in theory where helpful, but mostly work with methods that spark insight, reflection and movement. No one-size-fits-all formats, just an approach that fits your people and your context.

I work in multiple languages and easily switch between people with different cultural backgrounds.

Trust, curiosity and psychological safety are the foundation. From there, learning happens, and so does laughter, openness and real connection. People learn best when they feel at ease. That’s why I often use creative, out-of-the-box methods that stick and turn learning into a memorable experience.

What it brings

  • More effective leaders and teams
  • Greater mutual understanding and collaboration
  • Less miscommunication (internally and externally)
  • More job satisfaction, calm and confidence
  • Stronger employee engagement
  • And ultimately, better retention and less turnover
